Proven program manager and leader in the area of business development. Captured over $350M in contracts working for Teledyne Brown Engineering and served as ISS Payload Operations Manager. Successfully verified NASA (ISS) Node 1, Airlock, Human Research Facility Rack, and Express Racks for Boeing. Managed ISS payload operation and integration for Boeing.
Doctor of Philosophy degree in Mathematics from Lehigh University. Adjunct Mathematics Professor at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

He also served as the BCS Site Manager for MOSSI II, overseeing operations and promoting teamwork. As the DMC team lead, Justin showcases strong leadership, navigating complex data management challenges with expertise and innovation.
